A live response, not just a notification
App alerts leave the next move to you, even when you’re asleep, overseas or in a meeting. With back-to-base monitoring, trained, security-licensed operators act on every alarm using your agreed procedures:
- calling your keyholders
- sending a guard patrol
- alerting emergency services
What we monitor
- intruder alarms
- duress and panic alarms
- fire panel signals
- tamper alerts
- and, where your system supports it:
- low battery
- temperature
- zone bypass events
Reliable communications
We connect sites with dual-network 4G communicators carrying both a Telstra and an Optus SIM. If one network goes down, the other keeps the signal path open. The communicator checks in with the monitoring centre regularly (every 12 hours as standard, with more frequent polling available), so a failed connection is noticed. There’s no reliance on landlines or the NBN, and no way to cut the line from outside the building.
Licensed monitoring centres
We only connect clients to monitoring centres that operate 24/7, meet strict response-time and audit standards, and work under Australian security licensing. Every response is recorded, so you have a full record of what happened and when.
For commercial and government sites
Monitoring for corporate offices, industrial and logistics sites, retail networks and government facilities across NSW, VIC, QLD and SA.
FAQs
What happens when our alarm goes off?
The monitoring centre follows your instructions. That may mean calling your keyholders, dispatching a guard or alerting emergency services.
Do we need a phone line?
No. We use dual-network 4G communicators, which are more secure and reliable than phone lines.
Can you monitor an alarm system someone else installed?
Often, yes, depending on the panel and communicator. We’ll check compatibility during an assessment.
